Mike Duffy: I was wondering  when you go from high school, minor leagues what was the biggest challenge when you reach each stage?

Billy Fleming : The biggest challenge is adjusting to the speed of the game at each level. At each level it gets a little faster but you adjust and learn to slow the game down.
