Mike Duffy: I was wondering  when you go from high school to the minor leagues, what was the biggest challenge when you reach each stage?

Ryan Dobson: The biggest challenge shifting from high school to the minor leagues was slowing the game down at every level. Guys throw harder, run faster, and the competition improves tremendously. Consistently playing every day takes a toll on your body but that’s why you make adjustments quickly.

Mike Duffy: What is your favorite thing about being a Dback?

Ryan Dobson: My favorite thing about being apart of the Diamondbacks Organization is the atmosphere, the vibes are positive, all the guys are supporting one another and the organization treats us all amazing!
