Mike Duffy: What is your favorite thing about being a player for the Spartans?

Dominic Pipkin: My favorite thing about being a Spartan is that it doesn’t last forever my school is currently being rebuilt and we have had 3 coaches already, it’s so inconsistent that it’s damaging to players and I just want to move on.

Mike Duffy: What is your favorite hobby besides baseball?

Dominic Pipkin: My favorite hobby other than baseball is building, me and my brother build with wood for house diy’s.

Mike Duffy: What was your favorite team growing up and currently?

Dominic Pipkin: I’ve always been an A’s fan.

Mike Duffy: What are you most looking forward to when going to the major leagues?

Dominic Pipkin: The one thing I look forward to in the bigs is good baseball, it’s rare to see a careless error in the MLB but it happens everywhere else.


Mike Duffy: How are you feeling about the draft coming up?

Dominic Pipkin: This upcoming draft I think will be good to me but I’m fully prepared to go to school.

Mike Duffy: What is your favorite stadium?

Dominic Pipkin: My favorite stadium is probably minute maid park it’s just beautiful.

Mike Duffy: What is your favorite Movie?

Dominic Pipkin: My favorite movie is Step-Brothers easily.

Mike Duffy: Do you have a motto or a thing to do to get you out of a rough time?

Dominic Pipkin: My motto is kind of for all times but it’s from a movie “if you’re not first you’re last.” And I know I’m not first so it motivates me to work.


Mike Duffy: When did you know you wanted to play professional baseball?

Dominic Pipkin: I’ve always wanted to play professional baseball, it’s my childhood dream.

Mike Duffy: What is your favorite baseball memory?

Dominic Pipkin: My favorite memory is when I pitched a no hitter through 5 innings. It would’ve been through 7 but I reached my pitch count.
